Refund policy
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- You receive the wrong item or wrong size.
- The product is damaged or defective.
- You request a size exchange (exchange must be for an item within the same price range).
- For hygiene reasons, panties, lingerie sets, shapewear, and worn items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customers must contact the store via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the product.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Exchange processing takes 3–5 working days after pickup.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the quality check.
