Refund policy

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
    • You receive the wrong item or wrong size.
    • The product is damaged or defective.
    • You request a size exchange (exchange must be for an item within the same price range).
  • For hygiene reasons, panties, lingerie sets, shapewear, and worn items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customers must contact the store via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the product.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Exchange processing takes 3–5 working days after pickup.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the quality check.
